- Basic usage data — standard web analytics (page views, device/browser type) via Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel, used to understand which pages are working and to measure ad performance.
What we don't collect
We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor — your card number, expiry, and CVC go directly from your browser to Stripe, not through our servers.
How we use your information
- To grant, verify, and restore access to the guide library you've purchased.
- To send transactional emails — purchase confirmation, magic-link login emails, and replies to contact form messages.
- To respond to support requests.
- To understand aggregate site usage and improve the guides and this site.
We do not sell your information to third parties.
Third-party services we use
- Stripe — payment processing.
- SendGrid — outbound transactional email.
- Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics and Meta Pixel — site analytics and ad measurement.

Cookies

Data retention
We keep purchase records for as long as your lifetime access remains valid (which is, by design, indefinitely) so we can verify access and handle support requests. Contact form messages are retained for support and record-keeping purposes.
Your rights
