These terms govern your purchase and use of Total Guide to AI's guides and this website. By buying or using the site, you agree to them.

What you're buying

A one-time purchase gives you lifetime, personal access to the guide you bought, every other guide currently in the library, and every guide we publish in the future — read online through our web reader, with downloadable copies for offline reading. It's a one-time charge, not a subscription: there's no recurring billing.

License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to read and use the guides for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly repost, or share your access credentials or downloaded copies with people who haven't purchased access. Each purchase is for one individual.

Account access

Access is tied to the email address used at checkout. We use passwordless "magic link" login sent to that email — keep that inbox secure, since anyone with access to it can access your library.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) via Stripe. If your card was issued outside Australia, your bank may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fee — that's between you and your bank. We may change the price for new buyers at any time; it doesn't affect access you've already purchased.

Content and professional advice

The guides are practical, educational material about using AI tools effectively in a given profession. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice, and shouldn't be treated as a substitute for it. AI tools and the guides referencing them can be wrong — always use your own judgment, especially for decisions with real financial, legal, or safety consequences.

Changes to the guides

We update guides over time as tools and best practices change. Your access automatically includes these updates and any new guides added to the library, at no extra cost.

Availability

We aim to keep the site and reader available at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted access — occasional downtime for maintenance or issues outside our control can happen.

Limitation of liability

The guides and this site are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Total Guide to AI isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the guides or reliance on their content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
